Trish is a greedy fairy who was kicked out of the Fairy Realm for being obscenely materialistic and obsessed with money, going against their ideally frugal lifestyle.
She appears in almost every dungeon in Persona 1 and Persona 2 through dimensional doors, offering the services of health and status recovery in her "Fountain Of Youth" (or "Fountain Of Give and Take" as she fondly calls it) for a rather exorbitant and ever-increasing price.
In Persona 2:Eternal Punishment, you can save Trish from the rumor demon "Mussie" that attacks her in Mu Continent's obstacle course. You can also spread rumors about her starting a new business selling stat-boosting ice cream with strange flavors (at off-the-scale prices, as usual), and about her change of heart, which will have varying effects: She will either lower her healing rates or double the price but offer more types of ice cream.

- In Persona 3, A TV personality named Trish hosts the show "Who's Who", featuring characters from past Persona games. She always ends with the line "Pain, pain, go away", similar to the healer fairy's chant.
