According to the writings in The Lesser Key of Solomon, Seir is the seventieth spirit listed in the Goetia. He is a Great Prince of Hell under the rule of Amaymon with twenty-six legions of demons under his command. He is depicted as a beautiful man riding a winged horse. When summoned he can reveal hidden treasure, bring or take anything anywhere in the world in the blink of an eye and knows of anything that has been stolen. He is said to have an indifferent nature to both good and evil, and is thus willing to do anything the conjurer desires without personal hidden agenda.
