In Game
Majority of Elizabeth's requests are simple, mundane retrieval quests and enemy hit lists that require a number of dropped spoils to be collected as proof of your victory. Some of them have specific deadlines, oftentimes falling around the day before the next Full Moon mission or even earlier. In the original Persona 3, there are a total of 55 requests.
In FES, the requests have expanded to 99, adding new kinds of tasks, like feeding a stray cat, finding a lost person, performing a specified Fusion spell, among others. A few requests were changed along with the expansion.
The Protagonist will also have the option to take Elizabeth out in certain occasions and see what the town has to offer, with the conclusion of every date garnering a key item that unlocks some of the new Personae. In that respect, Elizabeth can be somewhat likened to a Social Link, with the difference being that she doesn't lean towards any one arcana.
Being ignorant with the ways of the world, Elizabeth will be endlessly awed by every sight and sound of the town, and will also find herself gradually enamored with the Protagonist.
Dating Elizabeth will not consume the whole day, but can only be done in the daytime and upon her request. Moreover, going out her will not cause any jealousy among the other girls that the Protagonist has become intimate with.
The last date will involve Elizabeth asking to see the Protagonist's room, and it is implied that she will invite him to have sexual intercourse with her in the end, a lot less subtle in manner than with the final scenarios of the other female S. Links. Though happy at being granted this last request, Elizabeth draws the line here and decides to stop going out of the Velvet Room, feeling that she would be remiss in her original duties if she keeps this up. But Elizabeth will never forget the wonderful things she experienced in town with him.
The Ultimate Opponent
Upon accepting request #55, you will be fighting Elizabeth alone at the 10th floor of Monad.
She is the toughest opponent the game has to offer, having strict standards regarding the elemental affinities and properties of your Personae. (Only one Repel/Null/Absorb property is allowed; multiple Resist properties are okay, but you cannot use a Persona with Repel/Null/Absorb properties that go against her current element)
Elizabeth is privy to all kinds of physical attacks and will also have the ability to summon multiple Personae with various elements. This is due to the fact that she has the Persona Compendium in her possession. (her idle animation will involve her briefly thumbing through the Compendium, deciding what Persona to use next)
Ignoring the conditions or damaging Elizabeth beyond certain limits will cause her to fully restore health, and then proceed to mindlessly cast Megidolaon over and over to do you in. Defeating her will earn you the trophy key item Elizabeth's Bookmark, as well as the Omnipotent Orb, the best accessory in the whole game.
In FES, Orpheus Telos is considered a boon for eliminating the guesswork for some, as he comes with innate Resist properties against every kind of basic attack, both physical and magic elemental. This meets all of Elizabeth's standards in a solitary Persona, but savvy players know that using Orpheus Telos alone is not enough.
Trivia
- It is interesting to note is that the manner that Elizabeth summons her Personae somewhat served as a preview to how the characters of Persona 4 would eventually do it, by hitting a floating card.
- Elizabeth is mentioned in Persona 4, leaving the Velvet Room in order to save P3's Protagonist from the seal. Her sister Margaret takes the job in her place.
